Spring is a season of renewal and growth, where nature comes alive in the most beautiful way. The flowers bloom, the trees burst with life, and animals come out from their winter slumbers. I always feel energized during this time. Even though my allergies make me seem like I'm always sad, I'm actually the most energized, and happy. How can you use the energy of spring to come alive in your life as well? What's one thing (or several) you've been dreaming of doing but haven't fond the time or energy for yet? Now might be the right time to make it happen! Who says that New Years has to be the time for resolutions, setting new goals, or making things happen? I'm usually still trapped in my winter shell, and stuck between the abundance of the holiday season and my birthday to make any real changes. Maybe this is the same for you? Use this time of renewal to set new goals, make a new plan, and take new actions! Find that one thing that you want and go after it! I suggest you start with a brain dump. Think of all the things that would would like to accomplish and jot them down. Once you have a list narrow them down to what would have the biggest impact on your life right now. Maybe the biggest impact with your health, maybe finances, relationships, happiness, whatever you need this season. Let no dream be too big! Once focused on that goal, imagine what it would look like. I personally like to create vision boards. I have one for every aspect of my life. Once you create your vision, make an action plan. A vision without action is merely a dream, a vision without strategy remains an illusion. List the steps that you will nee to take to reach your goal. Enlist the help of friends, family, or maybe a mentor. And trust that you were given the dream/goal for a reason. No one on this earth can be you or do what you can do!
