This week, I really want to celebrate a yogi who is in my classes as often as she can be. While being an amazing full-time mom, she still manages to make time for her practice. To better herself and for her family, she recently took a pre-test to get into a school to advance her education as well as give her a career outside of the home. She was so nervous, but she studied and aced it! (Like I knew she would.)

Oftentimes we let our nerves keep us from greatness, from achieving all that we can become. Sometimes we let the fear of what could go wrong keep us from what could go right.
