It's funny that the theme for this class was "Superheros". I felt very inspired after watching the latest Captain America movie "Brave New World", but when it came time to teach the class I felt anything but super or brave. Maybe that is part of it, showing up when you just don't have it in you, when you feel like you can't inspire anyone. I felt tempted to try to get a sub for the class, but I decided to just show up. Trying to practice what I preach. To attempt to leave it all on the mat, even when my world feels like it is crumbling around me.
